The DB Expert is responsible for data modeling. The database contains all customers, contracts and claims of the German companies. The data model must be adapted to new core releases and new requirements of the German companies at regular intervals. Requirements: - Good knowledge and relevant work experience in data modeling - Experience with repositories (castling) & data modeling tools - Knowledge of the database would be desirable, in particular IT infrastructure around the database and datamodel, architecture and knowledge of internal conventions on architecture, design and standards - Fluent written and spoken German, able to communicate effectively and customer-oriented Tasks: - Advise the business department on data modeling and translate customer requirements into a consistent data model that enables redundancy-free and high-performance data storage. - Advise on the technical aspects of business data modeling and provide architecture governance on all data modeling topics. Also you coordinate the data model with the Core CC in Vienna. - Document and maintain the data models in the corresponding repositories and create overviews and statistics. - Ensure compliance with standards (quality check) and advise the application development/department on the implementation of the data architecture. - Develop the specifications for the data modeling for the repository. |

The DB Expert is responsible for database administration. The database contains all customers, contracts and claims of the German companies. The data model must be adapted to new core releases and new requirements of the German companies at regular intervals. To do this, the various development, test, integration and production environments must be adapted. Requirements: - DB2 LuW- and Linux Knowhow- - Fluent written and spoken German, able to communicate effectively and customer-oriented - Relevant work experience in database engineering Tasks: - Creation, modification and operation of DB2 Linux databases including data migrations and performance analysis. Use of DB utilities such as load, runstats, reorg, etc.- - Usage of tools and utilities in the DB environment-- - Creating scripts to automate our activities (python/ansible)-- - Support of the projects from the data model to technical implementation in test databases and deployment in the productive database- - Import of-the core software delivery-- - Set-up and operation of the development, test and integration environments- - Analysis and understanding of business requirements related to the concrete business-area she/he is operating in-and coordination of customer requirements- - Implementation of necessary changes in running applications (e.g. legal and technical requirements, release change / maintenance)-- - Implementation of release changes including necessary off-hours availabilities based on the release schemes and procedures - Business-driven enhancements/optimizations of running applications (e.g. closing functional gaps, improving processes from a profitable point of view, optimizing-performance and/or resource consumption)-- - Adherence to security and compliance standards typically driven by VAIT and DORA-- - Elimination of functional and technical errors-- - Problem management (error categorization, estimation and resolution, user support, ticket processing)-- - Fixing availability issues of applications & systems (system downtime, application abort errors, etc.)-- Checking and correcting data inconsistencies and performing corrective counter measures-- - Software development according to the predefined specifications (technical requirement, implementation concept, IT guideline, IT concept) - Collaboration in the creation of technical and implementation concepts and development, validation and deployment of the results - Incident management - Analysis and optimization of performance issues |

Oracle ist einer der größten Anbieter auf dem IT-Markt und der Kurzname seines Flaggschiff-RDBMS-Produkts, das offiziell Oracle Database genannt wurde.
Die Oracle Corporation hat einen langen Weg zurückgelegt, um das multinationale Technologieunternehmen zu werden, das sie derzeit ist.
1977 wurde die Oracle Organization von zwei Entwicklern, Larry Ellison und Bob Miner, gegründet. Beide hatten bereits Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Datenbanksoftware für verschiedene Organisationen.
